I haven't eaten at White Castle in years, I did have Krystal a couple of years ago, though, but I honestly can't remember which I preferred when I lived near both. Steak n' Shake is a completely different sort of burger joint, and they are easily the best I've been to. Come to think of it, though, I haven't had Whataburger or Cheeburger Cheeburger since moving down here. I used to love What-A-Burger up in VA, though. I'll also miss Five Guys.

    Now there's a name I recognize.

I do like them a lot, even if they are a little over-hyped. A junior cheeseburger with jalapenos, A1, and mushrooms... yum.

    PANDAS
If you don't like them, then get the fuck out.

I like them with everything. A bit messy, but good. Also, I love the fact that an order of fries consists of a greasy brown bag with an overflowing styrofoam cup inside. No health concerns there. I agree they are overhyped, but their reputation and service allowed them to expand quite a bit in the past few years. I don't think there were any in the Richmond area when I first moved to DC. According to Wikipedia, they've got more than 300 locations now, compared to five in 2002. [ame]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Five_Guys[/ame]
