There are a bunch of issues with the drums not registering hits correctly, as well as bundles that are missing some of the pieces. My first bundle came without cymbals, and there are many other people that have been missing mics, dongles, sticks, you name it. Luckily I got mine exchanged and haven't had any problems since.
