Mario seems to be another one of those, which is saying a lot considering there were three on the NES, and one on every Nintendo console since. Though I can understand not thinking Sunshine is better than Mario 64, but it was still fun as hell and the controls were better, and if there was any doubt Nintendo could still make a phenomenal Mario game, they came out with Galaxy which kicks infinite ass.

    dead and buried.
look at all the shitty mario spin offs, and compare it with the decent mario sequels, you'll see what i mean.

I'll actually agree with this. The last Mario game I had fun with was the side scrolling one for the DS. I got bored with Galaxy 20 stars in.

If anyone had a Dreamcast, I'd like to see a new PowerStone, Fur Fighters, and Toy Commander game. They were a bit kiddy sure, but fun as hell.

    .
Well sure there are always people who don't like change, but the quality has been amazing with each successive Mario game.

Someone mentioned something about Mario spinoffs, I have no idea why as that had nothing to do with anything I said.
