*sings* It's gonna suck! It's gonna suck! It's gonna SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!!
No television show has ever been turned into a good video game. No television show ever. Add on top of that that Prison Break was not a good show and you have a recipe for the worst thing ever. Well, season 1 of Prison Break was alright, but it should have stopped there.
How could a show that managed to go downhill so quickly possibly deserve a game? It will be terrible. There is no potential for it to be anything but terrible. Climbing through toilets, digging through floors and sexually harassing large-foreheaded doctors makes for good tv, but shitty gameplay.
and if it was based on any of the other seasons it would be even worse
i have an idea. let's make a new thread for each movie or tv show that has a video game spin off so that we can complain about how horrible each one is/will be.
Well, to be fair, there is at least one exception, and that is the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle game released in 1990, the same year that the first TMNT movie was released.
However, given that it is both an old school platformer and that it is part of a larger franchise primarily aimed at children with the cartoon TV show being one of its many components, I suppose it doesn't count...
You hold a good point, I suppose I should rephrase. No live-action television has ever been turned into a good video games.
actually if I get to shank michael scofield I will be happy no matter how bad it is
Oh, I was going to say X-Men Legends was a cool game, but I forgot it started as a comic.
The first season of Prison Break was pretty good, but I couldn't watch it once they actually broke out.
