balance referring to certain classes being better on average versus other classes, not which class is on each side. I.E. Warlocks being ezmode and Shadow Priests being inferior or Hunters owning at low levels compared to others, etc. That type of balance.
The only time you have "100% balance" is if everyone plays exactly the same class with exactly the same spec.
TBH, I'm getting a bit jaded from WAR, but not for most of the reasons stated in this thread....
