If you can find a store selling it, BUY THE BOXED COLLECTOR'S EDITION. It costs $20.

You get the 20 original heroes unlocked, $10 of RP, 4 special level 20 runes, and 2 (or 4?) exclusive skins.

You can get a digital download version of it, BUT it costs the equivalent of $30 in RP.

If you were to buy the Champions Bundle, which just includes the 20 original champions, you'd still pay $28.

And as the cherry on top, I think that if you already unlocked some of the champions that come with the bundle with IP, Riot will refund them back.
