So I'm too lazy to investigate and don't wanna post in a forum that will have too many answers to sort through, but I got a question about Portal 2. I know that the PS3 version comes with a PC version download if you link your PSN to your steam account. So I was thinking about buying it for a friend, would the friend (playing on PS3) and me (on the PC) be able to play Co-op together at the same time? Since I'm guessing that this deal was more meant for the cloud capabilities so that one could play on PS3, and then switch to PC whenever they feel like it. And the accounts are linked so they would know that basically 2 people are playing on the same PSN/Steam account.
Because damn $55 for PS3 version + $20 future credit on Amazon is good deal. Else it'd just be $45 for PC version. But geez, I've spent $100 on games in the past month I feel guilty.
Edit: But it's sold out now, oh well, discuss, anyone excited for this game? I just replayed Portal (that I got for free a year ago for the celebration of Steam on Mac). The Co-op sounds fun if you have someone who's not completely stupid and has a microphone as well. Although not sure if it's really worth the $35-55 (including discounts and what nots, although technically 17.50 if I got the $55 PS3 + Free PC download + $20 future credit)
