I have to wait another month to get it - PS3 user here. But I'm going to a friend's apartment today who picked it up for the 360. Looks like good times.
Whats new besides new songs?
The drums have something added to them and the guitar and mic have been "updated" or something like that. It's pretty much an expansion pack type of deal they package as a new game or at least that's what I'm getting from it.

Revamped World Tour mode, Battle of the Bands online play, etc etc.
