on the one hand, I do get the impression that generally video game developers have a bias towards Nvidia products over ATI, as I recall seeing more packages with the Nvidia stamp and more games with the Nvidia splashscreen than ATI.
on the other hand, it's not CD Projekt's fault that you can't update your graphics card driver. that often solves issues with graphics cards, so you can't blame them until you do update your driver and it still doesn't work
