Brienne's end (I assume she does not come back somehow) is the most tragic so far. It would've been so nice if she and Jaime hooked up, though obviously we can't expect this from GRRM.

why hasn't Paran reminded Whiskeyjack of their meeting in the Prologue?

if Lorn and Paran had been tracking Sorry for so long, why didn't they kill her before she got to Genabackis?

I agree with a review I read that some character development is flat, e.g. Lorn's sudden doubts about what she is doing, Whiskeyjack's relationship with his soldiers, Kalam's sudden affection for Aspalar in going back to Ikto Kan for her
