I started reading a book on Whole Foods Diet at the end of last year and put that plan into action for around 2 months. I then started C25K the last couple of days of FEB and up until 3 weeks ago had been pretty good about getting out there and running. I ran a couple of 5K races and one 10K. It feels awesome doing that. Resting my ankle and probably should get fitted for shoes. Going to start back this week. I really love running and the high I get from it. I'd lost around 26 pounds but gained about 5 back. Only needed 4 to reach my goal and then another 10 to be thin.
