I say change your diet to something healthy, that way it's good for the sex life and the body.

That's true. I have a fairly good diet simply because i abhor: soda, chips, candy of any sort.

I like bananas. Are those any good for anything?

They're very high in potassium, vitamin B6 and vitamin C.

Also, they apparently make your ejaculate taste like bananas.
