If you are being serious, then there are lots of places that will help you, even without religion. As a matter of fact, I would guess that a lot of people, religious or not, would not want their friends and family to know about such an issue. I assume you mean you don't want to tell them because they will just tell you to speak to a pastor or find god for help?

Can't hurt just to call and have a chat with them. Might be able to hook you up with a local agency or someone to talk to.
