Being a pharmacy technician, the only oral medications I am aware of are anti-biotics. I have only really seen scripts for patients with horrible acne. For light acne, all I have seen is benzoyl peroxide and other topical products. Many of the ones also have weaker formulations over the counter, and that's mostly what doctors usually end up reccomending. Benzoyl Peroxide is your best bet.
