Well, what did you always want to do or try before you went over there every night? Now would be a good time to do and try those things. You could get a job, too, that would be something that you pretty much have to do to keep you out of trouble at night.

Also you may or may not have alienated your old friends. Call up the people you were tight with and just basically tell them yeah, I've been a dumbass for a year and I'm really sorry. An apology can sometimes go further than you think and if not, live and learn, that's about all you can do.
