Well this may not be what you want to hear, but the best move is to let her know that it's over and call it off. I can promise you that the situation probably won't get any better, and you'll just drag this out and hurt yourself more in the end. Just cut clean and start fresh. Also, after you break up with her, do not, under any circumstances, get back together with her.
