I'm afraid I may be entering another bout with depression

I have the following symptoms:

Last night I could only sleep for about 7 hours, but I couldn't get out of bed this morning.
All I've done today is download a Counting Crows album
I've listened to "A Long December" 41 times thus far today. I know this because iTunes knows this.
I'm wearing sweatpants.

Shit, I'm in a constant state of depression and I can't remember the words of "Long December". You're pretty far along. We can beat this, together, like a pair of misogynistic sober males in a polygamist camp where all our wives are giving us lip.

pretty soon "a long december" will be applicable (because it is almost december see what i did there)

i blame it on the season change. i'm having insomnia but i barely get out of bed as it is but then again i'm crippled

watch some hilarious movies. try not to wallow. this too shall pass
