When you say you've "practised", how do you mean? Do you just mean you've had sex a lot? Because that's not good enough. There's a degree of purposefulness to it. You have to practise doing things differently, you have to practise control and restraint and different techniques. You can't expect to do the same thing over and over and solve a continuous problem.

If you try things that work 25% of the time, it's unlikely you have a medical problem, which is why I advise against pills, at the very least for the time being. When it does work, clock what's working, and when it doesn't, clock what isn't. Do this intelligently, and overcome your problem.
