well i am ~95lbs and i take 5mg of adderall instant release at a time, usually only once per day, and that gets me through everything i need it to get me through. if you took it one time and turned into a hypochondriac you are probably just a pussy tbh. don't take drugs if you can't correctly identify side effects. feeling adderall days after taking it one time is ludicrous; you would have metabolized anything in your system by then. psychological. don't be gay.
