Lately I've been having a difficult time focusing in class. At first it was just my boring classes but now I'm finding it next to impossible to concentrate in any class for longer than 10 minutes at a time. I am fairly confident that I don't have a attention deficiency disorder because I can focus on other tasks with no problems. I get enough sleep and I exercise regularly.

I was thinking about taking some sort of supplement or vitamin to help. Does any one have any experience with anything like Focus Factor or Omega-3? Or really any other tips in general that's work for you?



Also, on a (perhaps) unrelated note, I've also had a bit of a loss of appetite lately. I still eat but I'm just not as hungry. At first I thought I was starting to have a depressive episode but my mood has been surprisingly normal.
