The number one ingredient is DMAE which is a lot cheaper and it seems to be doing the trick. It is a precursor to acetylcholine a widely used neurotransmitter in the brain. There is also another nootropic (which means any substance purported to increase cognitive abilities) called piracetam which I'd like to order off Amazon and try out.
