Nothing wrong with it really as long as you can deal with the stigma if it gets out. Also, even though I know you do not want children with her, they're probably wouldn't be genetic freaks anyway, though the chance for genetic diseases carried on recessive genes is significantly higher.

If you're gay, then it hardly matters because mansecs is already stigmatized enough as it is, and the incestuous taboo aspect is lessened since it cannot result in a child.
