At work I eat healthier as I eat leftover food. Maybe my diet at home isn't high enough in protein and vitamins. Especially since sometimes I only work two days a week. So changing my home diet might help. Thanks.
Update: Some furniture is hard to move around. I don't want to lift up my tv stand because my tv is on it and I don't want to take out the cable. I don't want to lift up my computer desk because I don't want to unplug my computer as I am using it now. I put some boxes of stuff on my desk and lift it. I have to pile quite a bit and balance it so it doesn't fall off. Most of my boxes are light. It is really awkward as my hands are really fall apart as the boxes are there. It seems like I am lifting the desk with my legs more. My legs end up pressed against the desk. Otherwise I get off balance and my boxes fall off the desk. I sure hope what I am doing helps and is not a waste of time.
