Need phone advice
So, I've grown tired of Verizon and it's overpriced plans, and I'm looking at making a switch over to Sprint for cheaper service, and I can't decide on which phone I want to get. I now have an enV, which I love, but I don't like the Rumor, which is the closest phone Sprint has the enV.
Because I am a huge texter, and use my phone for a lot of work related crap, I am looking at getting a blackberry or a Palm Centro, and I can't decide which of the two I want to get.
Should I get a blackberry curve or the Palm Centro? If anybody could give me their opinions on the phone, it will be a great help to me since I can't make up my mind.

If you are also looking at AT&T, the Blackjack II is pretty damn sweet. I just got it after toiling around with a Razr for ages, and it's so much better on many levels. To give you taste:
- Windows Mobile 6 - Okay, not the most stable, but it's Windows. On your phone. And it's highly modifiable. Can be updated rather easily to a slicker WinMo 6.1, and hopefully soon, 7.0.
- Emulation - If you don't feel like shelling out $150+ for a GBA or DS and an R4, this baby can play GBA, NES, SNES, and Genesis pretty flawlessly. Buttons take a little getting used to, but other than that...
- As mentioned already, modding - It can be application unlocked, allowing you to apply hacks that disallow data throughput (if you don't have a data plan, like me), improve internal bandwidth, and a lot more. I'm still getting used to the damn thing, and there's still so much more I can't wait to do.
- "Free" GPS - There's a hack available that allows to you install Garmin XT software onto a MicroSD, and use the internal GPS chip to utilize the Blackjack as a more of less fully fledged GPS. No data charges from what I am told, as all maps are installed on on the card alongside the software itself.
Hope this helps, and I'm guessing a lot of this stuff can be done on a multitude of WinMo phones, but this is just from what I have encountered so far on my Blackjack II.

If your going Cingular I would go iphone. If you have an extra 30 bucks a month to shell out.
I just don't like sprint especially after they combined with Nextel. They do have a nice $99 a month for unlimited everything, minutes, online and texting. That's a plus.

T-Mobile has the google phone. Pretty sweet if you ask me and it's only going to get better.

Not to mention tv on your phone too. That's pretty sweet for 99 a month. I have a blackberry pearl and it's pretty cool. It comes with a USB cable so you can upload and download from your computer and holds 3GB. It took me a minute to get used to it but I don't regret buying it.

I would get a phone with either windows mobile running on it, or 1 of like 3 other phones. Blackberry storm is sick, tmobile G1 (android phone) or actually thats it. There are some other nice ones out there don't get me wrong but I like customizability. I personally have the tmobile wing and I fucking love it. I flashed it with a custom rom and then added whatever programs/games I like on there. I can have my phone look like whatever I want it to, the only limit I have with my phone is its physical capabilities and it's not bad at all.

I ended up going with sprint and the palm centro. Thanks for opinions everyone.
