There are about 1000 other factors to take into account whether that's impressive or not, lol.
Such as?
I'll go ahead and guess that form is one of them, I kept just as close to perfect form as I physically could except for on the last one I had to add a little bit of leg hop because I got stuck just above eye level.
Well I mean, size and strength are also relevant.
Voted you can do better because it's important to always push your limits.
Well I'm 6'2.5" and 194 lbs. so I'm not exactly huge for my height. I do have the disadvantage of long arms though. Shoulder day really isn't until Thursday I'm going to try for a 225 max but I'm not sure that I can get it without cheating a bit. Oh and I found out where my memory card for my camera is so as soon as I can get it I'll present video evidence of this happening.
Thanks brah. Next time I'll pump out that extra rep just for you. (slight homo)
Well then it is not bad I reckon. I don't really know how strong normal people are, but that sounds about right.
You could have done 15 at 200.
I voted do better because I have no idea what this poll is about
After two warmup sets, I got 200x3, which on the calculator works out to a 212 max. Right after that I tried 245, moved it maybe 3-4 inches off of my chest, and it just would not budge another inch. I started getting wobbly there so I aborted that and called it a day. I still felt good about that because my partner, who is much stronger than me in almost every area only got 200 once. Next week I'm actually going to try for the 225 that I set out for, I think I can get that at least once if I'm still pretty fresh.
Still didn't get a video or pics, I'm hoping that I see my brother pretty soon to get my memory stick.
