Yeah I was thinking that when he was lifting a barbell.

But then again, it isn't really typical for kids to have the capacity to build up that much muscle, is it? That alone might have implications on his future health.

That kids gonna be a gymnast but hes gonna be a midget cause his dads letting him lift weights
