My Weight Loss Journey
Hi Guys,
I have a keen interest in fitness and weight loss related activities.
Few days before I started my weight loss journey. I am quite hopeful for getting good fitness results. I have devised a good exercise and diet plan to get the reward of fitness.
Tell your fitness story.... Do you strict with diet food rules,,?

When I started University, I put on a lot of weight due to a combination of different factors. The following summer, I decided to put myself on a diet and rigorous exercise regime and lost a total of 40lb. One of my greatest achievements. :)

I started reading a book on Whole Foods Diet at the end of last year and put that plan into action for around 2 months. I then started C25K the last couple of days of FEB and up until 3 weeks ago had been pretty good about getting out there and running. I ran a couple of 5K races and one 10K. It feels awesome doing that. Resting my ankle and probably should get fitted for shoes. Going to start back this week. I really love running and the high I get from it. I'd lost around 26 pounds but gained about 5 back. Only needed 4 to reach my goal and then another 10 to be thin.

I am neither fat nor too lean, So I've never had the need to exercise regularly and that kinda stuff. I do regularly play and sometimes workout, I guess that kinda keeps me in the right levels. I am 6.1 foot tall and I weigh around 70 kgs. One thing I've learnt is that as long as u eat healthy and keep the carbs at a bare minimum, you won't get fat.
