Suggestions for exercise and diet?
I've never really had a routine or anything. I'm looking for info on what to and what not to do when working out. And also a good diet plan to lose some weight.
You guys have any suggestions? What works best?
If size is an issue I'm 5'9" 215lbs.

Suggestions for exercise and diet
I bought the new Cardio Max DVD and tried it this morning, I really like it. I didnt get the other new one because I didnt know what kind of equipment I would have to buy to go along with it. If anyone has already tried it then please let me know if any other workout equipment is needed.
