i had shark steaks when i was a kid. but i never see them either in the supermarket or in restaurants anymore, probably because they are both terribly endangered and have high concentrations of things like heavy metals, which tend to become more concentrated as you go up the food chain.

I've had sweet and sour shark at a place I used to work. It's really nice.

I eat shark regularly.
