After a workout, I usually drive home and shower, and then nap, but I'm trying to break the habit. I'm also cutting out Benadryl and muscle relaxants to help me sleep at night. I was just wondering what you guys do to unwind.

Creatine is supposed to help with muscle soreness and fatigue, but as I've learned you shouldn't use it unless you have a solid nutrition and training program in place. Personally for me, I just take 1 or 2 tablets of ibuprofen per day and just bite the soreness.
I come home, have a nice protein dense meal, shower, fap, and take a nap. It all fits together so well.
I go home, shower, then head back out. I just wish I could find a gym relatively near me that is open at 3am. Nothing better than working out in the wee hours of the morning.
You do know that taking a nap immediately after a workout undoes the boost in BMR that you would sustain for several hours after said workout, right?
That's why I cut the naps out. Not because I knew that, per say, but because I had an inclination that it wasn't the best thing to be doing.
Also, requisite:
Kick that bitch out/make her sleep on the floor/call her a cab/make her call a cab/make her make pancakes and shit on her thigh.
Oh, to answer the thread though I ride my bike back from the gym, eat, then sit around and let it burn.
Well I workout at home so as soon as I finish drink a mix of Whey, Dextrose and Creatine. Dextrose is sweet shit so I have to sip it or I start to heave. I then rest for about 45mins-1hour and have a big meal with lots of Chicken, Turkey or something similar.
I generally enjoy the sore feeling. It makes me feel like I've accomplished something.
Further, I usually do home workouts so I tend to go right back to studying/eating afterward.
