Looks like dad and his musician buddy tried to include his son in their jam sessions. Don't get me wrong, the beatboxing sounds awesome at times, but other times it sounds out of place and downright silly.
Also, that guitarist is badass.
I think it's pretty awesome... I never thought someone beatboxing could substitute a drumset like that. He had some really cool things going on.
Overall though they have a pretty good song with some wild transitions that flow really well.
Catapult would have been 10 times better.
Yeah that's what I was looking for but I found this.
I've always thought jazz was just another word for noise. This doesn't change my opinion.
If jazz just sounds like noise then you have a simple mind that can't process complex thoughts.
I'd say it's closer to avant-garde really. I think the piano player uses ragtime rhythms to be ironic really.
Well no, but if you can't appreciate it and hear why it is amazing then yes you are a moron. You can dislike certain music but still appreciate it for the talent that is behind it.
I can appreciate almost any kind of music, but other than having a pretty good guitarist and a decent pianist, these guys are not at all good.
Being weird doesn't equal being good or else you'd be a star by now effingawwwwsome.
wut
wow how long did it take you to come up with that comeback. The music isn't really weird, it's just different. There's still a solo section in the song for each person to solo and a main melody for it to go back to so it's not really all that weird, it just sounds different than what you're used to hearing. lrn2music
Well then you're an idiot.
That was pretty cool, but what do i know other than im not sober atm
the beginning was a little too 'out there' for my tastes
but the last 3/4s of the song i enjoyed quite a bit
The beginning is simply a solo section where they have unaccompanied solos.
