True, perhaps, but my youth and the GWAR commercial will forever place Circuit City on a pedestal.
The GWAR commercial doesnt work, but the others suck hardcore. I've always hated circuit city.

Their concept of customer service was at one time actually implemented but then it fell back to meet profit goals, I guess. That was part of their true downfall, they saw their numbers increase when they tightened up, so they gave less importance to making sure each floor-level salesman had the ability to make things right for the customer. Hindsight: Empower your employees, no matter their position in the company, with the ability to take care of customers, and encourage it when done in good faith. It isn't rocket science.

I've only been to one show, but I own a few on DVD
I own most of the DVDs and all the wide-release CDs including Death Piggy and X-Cops. I've only been to two shows, though, and got kicked out of the second.Quote:
