Bumps on my butt cheeks
I've got like very subtle I guess you'd call it bumps on my butt cheeks. They cover the area of my butt cheeks that would usually be in contact with a seat. I've just noticed them and don't think they've been there long. I first noticed them when I started studying for exams two days ago because I've been sitting in a wooden chair for long periods of time, upwards of like 3 to 4 hours straight for like 10+ hours a day. I also sweat a decent bit. I feel I've answered my own question but could this be anything more?

Doubtfull, unless your butt cheeks have been in contact with semen in which case it could be some kind of viral infection.
-
It's an irritation caused by moisture.
Take a shower, keep it dry, and it'll go away in a few days.
-
If they feel like big pimples, that's what they are. Wash well in the shower and wear clean undies (or better yet buy some new ones so you aren't wearing the same ones hour wore a few days ago and just washed yesterday)

Serious suggestion: talc
Non-serious suggestion: Have sex with someone who's blind so they can have something to read while you do it.

If they hurt they're pressure sores, if not then they're probably just zits. Either way they'll go away, wash with a washcloth and soap and be gentle.

Odd question but is your behind hairy? It could be folloculitis which is inflamation of hair folicules either being torn out or behind back inside and never breaching skin.
