Here is what you do. Get some hair spray and saturate your hair with it. Make sure every part gets totally wet with the hair spray. Then take a lighter and burn just the tips. Just the tips now. With it being wet it will give sort of a sexy smooth look.
learn to take photos like a human being not blurred closeups that we can't tell anything from.
and yeah a full nude body shot would also give us some valuable insight as to why you didn't get the job.

It's a little more loose than it was on LWS. You can do it out of flames as long as it isn't excessive. But I'm not a mod so you may want to wait until one of them comes in.

Using just shampoo is fine, but follow up with conditioner every once in a while. Brush your hair after you shower, straighten it, curl it. DON'T JUST BLOW DRY IT AND LEAVE IT. IT WILL LOOK LIKE SHIT.

Satori, have you tried pulling you hair into a pony tail? That might work for you. But you need to wait until your hair is completely dried.
Go to walmart.. get a ten dollar blow dryer. Then get a Torlen straightener (they are the best I have used to date).

How much make up do you put on? I use eyeliner and mascara and it takes me 2 minutes.

I don't style my hair. I just use shampoo and conditioner and I let it dry (it takes hours to dry)
also, satori, quit using dry shampoo. especially on days you have interviews. It's no wonder you don't have a job.
Also, I tie my hair back all the time when it's wet. Then at the end of the day when it dries out, I take the hair tie out and it's all wavy.

Appearance goes a long way Satori. You don't necessarily have to be extremely good looking, but if you look like you take care of yourself and care about your appearance it will do a lot for you.
