C/D: Pizza Hut > Domino's > Papa John's > Little Caesar > Sbarro's > Cici's

I would top all of that list with Marco's but I don't think they've gone national yet. I had Pizza Hut for the first time in four years and I'm salivating just thinking about it. I haven't eaten so much fast food in a long time. I had a McRib for the first time a couple of days ago. I freakin' loved it. I just want to dip some cheese stuffed crust with seasonal spices into garlic and marinara sauce. Just thinking about it is putting me into a catatonic state.

I think the best pizza places are the local ones that spring up around colleges. There is some kind of formula that the closer a pizza place is within the vicinity of a college's living quarters the better the pizza. The kind of places that sell big slices for a buck and they throw it into the stone furnace and nuclear melt the cheese it becomes a sort of caramelized cheese.

I like Papa Murphy's but I'm not sure it counts in this thread since you have to take it home to bake it.

Well fuck, I completely agree with this list except I've never had sbarro's. Everything else is in the exact order I'd put it.

and yes the pizza place up here on the u of m campus is fantastic although its about 50$ a slice

there's a place called Angelo's in Ottawa that makes the best pizza I've ever had. It's almost deepdish, it's so heavy.

also, there's a place here in TO that sells big, flat pizza slices with shawarma chicken on it, and it may be contributing to my inevitable heart attack, but it's a great place to stop for drunk food.

I have only once been to a pizza hut and wouldn't like to repeat the experience. I think the child vomiting on stairwell summed up the general feel of the place.
One of the better pizza places I have been to was Ginos East of Chicago. Some of the one's in Rome were pretty good too.

Jet's Pizza is better than Pizza Hut... And I like Papa John's better than the rest.

We only have Dominos, Pizza Hut, and Little Caesars in my town. Theres a Cici's about 20 miles away, and Ive been a few times. I like it. Papa Johns is there too, and its also great.

But out of the three in my town, I prefer Dominos. I only go to Little Caesars for the $5 hot and readys though.

Also, there is a local place called Pizza Shack, and they blow all of the above out of the water.

I like Cici's pizza carry out but goddamn, dine in is like white trash city.

There's a local chain called Eureka Pizza which was pretty good when I was poor as fuck. I could get 3 larges for $15 total. That's like a week's worth of food!

I wish the local place here was that cheap. If you go to Pizza Shack and get the Ferdies Special (everything) its like $22 for a large.

So worth it though. You have to eat it with a fork.

I would put Sbarro's in front of Little Caesar's and Papa Johns in front of Domino's.

pizza hut buffet > little caesar's > domino's > sbarro's > pizza hut > cici's > papa johns

for the record idk what the hell a cici's is but it has to be better than papa johns

I like Papa John's. Of the national chains it is my number 2 choice. Of course, local options are so much better where I live. I live about 100 yards from two Louisville original places.

I prefer papa john's over all else. vOv

Well, I mean, some of the local pizza places around here are vastly superior to any of those listed, however none of you are going to know about them.

But there is no way I would mistake it for delivery. You'd have to be a moron. No where near enough grease on a DiGiorno.

Many, many years ago I worked at one of the places that made DiGiorno.

Jack's Pizza, to be spcific. They also make Tombstone, and a few other pizzas. They were recently bought out by Nestle. My sister-in-law works there now.

I still refuse to eat Jack's, and DiGiorno pizzas.

Frozen pizza is okay. I'll eat whatever. I haven't eaten frozen pizza in a long time to know what is good and what isn't. I will chow down on some Tostino's Pizza Rolls like its delicious candy.

I know there are several Marco's Pizza in Virginia. That's where I was first introduced and addicted to them. I saw one here in Indiana but it wasn't in a good neighborhood and would probably not want to eat there.

I had to stop calling Little Caesars Little Seizures when both my wife and son started having seizures. :(

I say it's Domino's > Pizza Hut but that might just be our local ones. The Pizza Hut here has some balding guy making the pizzas without a hair net. Does make the cheese more stringy...

I have seizures from time to time(Part of being diabetic, when your blood sugar goes too low) and seizure jokes are still funny to me.
