Images in signatures

Well. I was in a festive mood and made this but I find out we aren't allowed to have images in signatures. I'm guessing we can't have nice things due to spammers or an idiot. Any word on a possible change?

Seems the initial general consensus weighs against me. No big deal. Maybe this will change or maybe it can be enabled in certain boards.

Images are off because assholes would start putting NSFW images in their sigs and I don't want to have to police them.

I vaguely remember the NSFW signatures but that was irritating when browsing the forum from work or in public.
