My favorite pizza is the Chicken Bacon Artichoke from Papa Murphys
Ingredients:
Creamy Garlic Sauce
Chicken
Bacon
Artichoke Hearts
Spinach
Parmesan
Zesty Herbs
zucchini
oven roasted garlic
turkey bacon
Bacon, Pepperoni, Green Olives
although last night our pizza was hot italian sausage, leek(I think? It looks like celery, but with a huge bulb and not much of a stalk, looked like onions cut up, wanted to say radicchio, but it isn't), and some herbs/spices with a mix of mozzarella, monterey jack and havarti cheese. Sauce was boring old canned pizza sauce.
thin crust pizza dough
2.5 cup flour
1 pckg of yeast (not sure how the brits do it, but in the Americas, our yeast comes in predetermined packages of about 1tbsp)
0.25 tsp salpt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup warm water
-mix a little sugar in the warm water
-sprinkle yeast on top
-wait 10 minutes
- add rest of ingredients
- knead the dough etc.
Feta
BBQ sauce (mixed with either medium sauce or alfredo [delish])
Braised/Garlic onions (bake cut up - sliced or diced - onions with either butter and wine, or garlic butter)
Red Pepper
Maybe not all of these together, but they are great.
I don't eat frozen pizza, as I think it all tastes horrid.
Was in a huge hurry and there was one in the freezer. Then it turned out the thing I was in a hurry for was cancelled. I wish I could uneat that motherfucker and make a better one.Quote:

It's freshly made pizza and like WA said it's just a special blend of different herbs

personally i like to always partially bake the crust before i put the sauce and toppings on, and the best way to do this is after you've made and rolled your dough out, use a roller docker, or even a pen cap to poke little holes in your dough, then partially bake it for a couple minutes. the holes allow steam to escape, dock your pizza toppings, and basically allow for a crunchier pizza (if you like that).
after par baking our crust i'll usually add what i call the "diablo sauce" -- regular tomato based sauce (and toss some extra oregano in) mixed with sriracha sauce (also commonly called "rooster sauce"), or if i'm feeling festive, a garlic butter sauce.
then mozzarella, and the following toppings:
pepperonis
italian sausage
pork sausage
chicken (not usually buffalo but if you're into that)
bacon
banana peppers
jalapenos
roasted red and green peppers and onions (it's very easy to roast them, and they taste much better than regularly cut and tossed on. throw em in a small baking pan with water, cover it up, and cook it at a very high temperature for a short period, until they start getting limp and absorbing the juices)
finally throw another sprinkle of mozzarella and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, toss it in the oven for a bit. when it comes out, sprinkle a bit of feta cheese (it's very important not to bake the feta cheese or it will make your kitchen all stinky) and parmesan on there.

yeah, i find throwing raw bell peppers and onions has them add too much moisture to the pizza as well. roasting beforehand is much better
