Avant Garden Rules and Regulations.

This is the creativity center of Casual Discourse, So your questions about food stuff will probably go unanswered.

• When posting something that is not original, as in, you did not create it, give us a source. The artist/poets website, their wikipedia page, some examples of their work. If you submit something as yours,
  and it's found out it's a plagiarism, you will be warned, and the OP will be edited to give sources.
  
• Constructive criticism only please. You are not expected to like everything that is posted here, and if you comment on it, please help the OP out by giving some criticism that will help them better their work. Didn't like the flow of the poem? Explain it. Colors clash? Let them know. Intentionally malicious comments will be infracted.
  
• Coherent posts. No AOL speak, that's a given. I understand that sometimes poetry can hinge on improper grammar, and spelling, but when it is not needed, please make your grammar priority. In comments these rules apply as well.
  
• No flaming. Works of text will typically be deeply personal to the OP, and visual art can be someone's livelihood. If you don't like it, and can't help the artist work on the problems, leave your comments to yourself. If you have a personal issue with the OP, leave that all in flames, where it belongs.

I hope to get with Woofness (your other Avant Garden mod) and start contests involving prizes in credits. We will hammer out the details at a later time. Whenever a contest has started the rules, contest and prizes will be in a sticky thread.

Also, check out Woofness' comic here, it's pretty funny, and the art is good(IMO). If you have any weekly comics that you create yourself, let myself or Woofness know, and we will post you on a list, so you can have a little bit of exposure.
