Casual Discourse Inaugural Lottery

I don't know what I'm doing quite yet but I'm pretty sure I set up a lottery where you can buy a ticket for 50 credits, pick 2 numbers, and if you have a matching ticket on March 18th you win 1000 credits ( I would've dragged it out longer but A) this is a test, and B) We're upgrading the forum code soon so I wanted to make sure this was no dragged out)

edit: this isn't the shop we're using for vB 4.0 and if we turn it on now and people start using it it'll muck credits up.

well it's probably going to take a few days from the time the license gets transferred to the time I can do the upgrade. I'll have to test it, etc. etc.
