So, I kinda fucked something up a few weeks ago and don't know what to do.

Alright. Easter Sunday, I had the house to myself for a few hours so I did what I generally do when I have internet alone time and I jerked it to free internet porn like 4 times(I'm 26, so it isn't like I'm 14 and can do that shit all day er'day.) Next day- A chick who I've been close/best friends with and trying to bang for YEARS was having a bad day. She said she was horny so I threw it out there. "Wanna fuck?" I gave her some money to get fucked up on account of the having a bad day, she came back to my place and I gave her a backrub and shit. Then, my dick basically said "NOPE" to the whole situation and refused to get an erection(see: jerking it 4 times the previous day.) So, I ate her out like a gentleman. She was supposed to come over the next day, didn't. I invited her over multiple times for the rest of the week, had bullshit excuses of varying flimsiness levels every time. Then, for supposedly unrelated reasons, she basically flat out fucking ignored me for a week and a half. The only times she would say anything to me would be when I would accuse her of ignoring me to which she would say she wasn't ignoring me, and then go right back to ignoring me. A few days ago I'd kinda had enough of it so I let her know that she was really starting to piss me off with the whole blatantly ignoring me thing, we talked, and I guess things are cool now, in that she at least isn't totally ignoring me. But, I don't know what to do about the whole still-wanting-to-bang her thing, because I don't know if I've blown my chance or not honestly. I haven't been able to get an answer out of her either way, and honestly now I feel like if I even bring it up again she'll just start avoiding the question and then ignoring me again. And, if that were the case, my instinct would be to just say "fuck this and fuck you" and just sever completely.

Basically, I'm frustrated with this situation and have no idea what the fuck I should do. Any advice?

Trying to read between the lines from the one side of the story you presented, my guess is she was having a bad day and was horny, wanted to get down, and then her emotions changed and she regretted feeling that way and letting her emotions get her into the situation where you two were in, so she ignored you out of guilt and/or creepiness since she might of felt you tried to take advantage of her in an emotional state. Even though you didn't necessarily try to take advantage and god knows men don't know the emotional state of women at any particular time, but it is what it is. If you want to be her friend, I'd suggest talking to her about it and tell her you were emotional too during that time and made a bad decision based on emotions. If you want to just hook up with her, I guess ignore her too until the opportunity presents itself again (if she gets in that state of mind again you will be her first call probably). If you don't care either way, I'd guess sever ties and move on. The situation is kind of FUBAR'd at that point, it's not easy to tell somebody "hey let's fuck" and try to pretend at a later date that it was never said.

As far as I understand it, you blowing your steam and trying to get an answer out of her has aggravated her. I don't know why you want a verbal confirmation when it seems to me you are getting some obvious physical cues. I think you are too deep into this and need to stand back for a while and look over the whole thing... like you are too involved into the situation. I don't know man. If I don't know what to do, I would do as you do and ask advice, but while doing that I'd stand far back as possibly as I can. If you lose out on the relationship then I wouldn't worry there is plenty of fish in the sea.
