Drug related issues on the 2008 ballots for certain states. If I forgot anything please feel free to add to the list.

California Proposition 6, also known as the Safe Neighborhoods Act and The Runner Initiative, is a statutory initiative that will appear on the November 2008 ballot in California.
Proposition 6 places additional penalties on gang related and drug crime.

Massachusetts Proposition 5 The Sensible Marijuana Policy Initiative, also known as Massachusetts Ballot Question 2, is an initiated state statute that would replace current criminal penalties with civil penalties on adults possessing an ounce or less of marijuana. The initiative will appear on the November 4, 2008 ballot in Massachusetts.

The Michigan Coalition for Compassionate Care Initiative is an indirect initiated state statute that would allow the medical use of marijuana for seriously ill patients.

Oregon Ballot Measure 61 is an initiated state statute that would create mandatory minimum prison sentences for certain theft, identity theft, forgery, drug, and burglary crimes.
The measure will appear on the November 4, 2008 ballot in Oregon, as will Measure 57 which deals with similar issues but in a different way.[1]

Oregon Ballot Measure 57 (2008) or Senate Bill (SB) 1087 is a legislatively-referred state statute that increases term of imprisonment for persons convicted of specified drug and property crimes under certain circumstances. Prohibits court from imposing less than presumptive sentence for persons convicted of specified drug and property crimes under certain circumstances. Requires Department of Corrections to provide treatment to certain offenders and to administer grant program to provide supplemental funding to local governments for certain purposes.[1]
