Well, I want to share some moments of my life that i spent with my personal trainer. I was quite disappointed with my fitness problem, when I decided to hire a personal trainer.
Believe me he motivated me more for fitness rather to just guide me with exercise techniques.
Now I have got much of my fitness goals. An expert is always an expert.
Have you ever hired a personal trainer...?
This is something I have always wanted to do. In my final year of high school, I took a pretty bad injury to my left knee playing American Football resulting in my fitness declining and putting on a bit of weight. :(
I am currently putting myself through a rigorous training regime, but without the help of a personal trainer, I'm not sure if I'm doing the right thing. You recommend hiring one?
