Care about Yourself

This thread would be devoted to talk about personal care and self respect.
I have noticed many people today are just living their life without any purpose an aim. They just get up and enjoy the whole day in unproductive things. Believe me no one care about yourself if you don't do something.

Rather to waste time in nothing spend it for your health, knowledge, respect and fitness. If you have got spare time it means you have given a chance to do something good for yourself or for your friends and family..
