You probably still have updates, game saves, and other spore related stuff still on you computer. You would have to go through Program Files folder and look for Spore files and delete them.
Did you empty the recycle bin.
Yeah I completely deleted all the Spore stuff and emptied the Recycle Bin, it's strange.
Do you still have the my spore creations folder in my documents?
There is nothing in My Documents, I was thinking a refragmentation or a disk cleanup will fix it. Question though, what do these things exactly do?

Defragging will not free up disk space; it only moves what's already there around. It's also not all that necessary with NTFS.
Try something like WinDIRStat and figure out how you 'lost' that space.
