Dad, son arrested after cop said they cut line

Kirby followed the men into the parking lot where they scuffled. Other officers arrived and arrested both Pluhars. They were released after posting bond.

Pluhar Sr., however, gave a different version of events leading up to his arrest.

Well since they scuffled I'm going to guess Assaulting a police officer and most likely resisting arrest. Oh yeah, and cutting in line, because that's a cuss.

Police said Pluhar backed into Kirby's leg as he attempted to leave the parking lot while Kirby was standing behind the vehicle.




How would he have been able to do that unless Kirby was standing behind their car? The policeman seems very much to be the aggressor here.

I'm inclined to believe the father and son.
Why would anyone start a fight over someone complaining about jumping the queue, which sounds like it was legit anyway. The shop clerk waved him to the front because of item exchanging. Surely the shop staff could verify this?

Also police have a larger history of lying than a random member of the public so....

Fuck that, the guy and his son were douchebags, and they were stupid. Don't hit a fucking cop with your car retard. I side with the cop on this one, which is fairly rare for me.

And for the record, I'm sure Kirby was standing behind the car to keep them from leaving before other cops showed up.

Besides, it sounds like the guys were just being impatient douchebags. I hate people who think that their time is more important than mine.
