Forum jump lacks the quiet dignity of the forum navigation at the bottom of the page.
I miss this feature as well.
I'm very much a fan of this idea.
Clicking Top is hard.
I am posting to support this. I hate not having it at the bottom.

I have used the "home" key more on this site than my combined home key usage combined for all other activities in my life combined. I miss the navbar.
I am pretty used to the Home and End keys but yeah it would be neat to have links at the bottom.
