If they did something like this in DC I'd definitely get involved, though we might get arrested for suspicious behavior.
Not really relevant but I read this article about how one of the greatest violinists in the world would bust* in some DC popular commute area it was pretty interesting because most people ignored him like he was some average guy playing music for money
*I think i used the right word here, basically those guys who play music on the street or subway stations for money
