Computer won't display anything

Well I am at work right now and after getting blasted with an electric field the unit we are testing shit the bed. We are trying to figure out what the problem is but the representative from their company doesn't know much and we are having trouble figuring it out. Initially the 4th computer fucked up but it turned out to be 2 blown fuses. Now that one works but the 3rd one won't display anything. We assumed it was the video card but switching it out with the 2nd cmputers graphic card didn't help and the 3rd computers graphic card worked no problem in the 2nd one. Any idea what could cause the 3rd computer to not display anything even if the graphics card is seemingly fine?

Have you tried different monitors? Maybe the monitor the 3rd PC is using is blown. If you do get video, do you get anything at ALL? Like a BIOS or POST screen that goes black when Windows loads? Or do you not get anything..ever?

We have tried different monitors, and no we do not get anything at all, not even a bios. The computer is running though, the mouse and keyboard are on and working when plugged in. there is nothing displayed on the screen at all though, even after switching with multiple identical video cards.

I know sometimes if the monitor is on before the computer fully boots, it doesn't display. Happened with my sister's computer. Try turning on the monitor after the PC has booted, or vice versa.

Do these things have an onboard video as well as the video card that you guys have in there? Or just the one removable video card? If it has an onboard video that you don't use, try that video card. Maybe the PC is using the onboard video instead of the card.

There is no onboard video card and the turning off the monitor first didn't work either.

Well, they apparently don't care about trying to fix it so they just had a completely new one sent over. Still have no idea what caused that though.
