Anybody seen the new MCR music video for their song Desolation Row? I cannot believe they would attempt to cover Bob Dylan's song in the first place, let alone take it entirely out of its somber style of playing that sent the message home. Being a huge Bob Dylan fan myself I am quite ashamed now that I like My Chemical Romance :(.
I've haven't heard a CD-quality version of it yet but the versions I have heard have been terrible. But I wouldn't have thought they'd be good.
Well I'm not a huge fan of My Chemical Romance, and I'm not at all a Bob Dylan fan. That being said, they somehow made that song sound worse than it already was. I'm not even sure how they did it, but they did.
I have the tendency to shove sharp objects in my ears whenever I hear My Chemical Romance.
