[FS] Xbox 360 console, banned from xbox live

I have a xbox 360, just the console itself(no HD or controllers) that is banned from xbox live. The reason behind it getting banned is complicated so don't worry about it. I am willing to part with this for $75 bucks plus shipping. Everything works perfectly and it has barely been used. For those of you who are like well fuck I need to go online, if you overheat it and cause the 3 rings of death(towel method works well), you can send it back to microsoft and get a new one sent. My friend was banned for the same reason but then ended up breaking his accidentally, sending it in and getting a brand new unbanned xbox. I don't really feel like doing all of that, even though I probably should. I live in philly so if someone lives close and doesn't want to get it shipped I am fine with meeting them somewhere in the city.
